About the role
von Briesen & Roper, s.c., is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our Trusts and Estates team in our Milwaukee or Waukesha office.
Responsibilities
- Drafting sophisticated estate plans for taxable and non-taxable estates
- Administering estates and trusts post-death
- Collaborating with a team and working with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff
Qualifications
- Five or more years’ experience drafting sophisticated estate plans
- Strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills
- A passion for client service
