Truck Wash Team Member (Guymon) B
About the role
The Truck Wash Team Member scrapes or blows out manure and woodchips from trailers, washes and disinfects equipment according to company guidelines, occasionally unloads woodchips from van trailers, operates a bobcat to clean loose woodchips, scrapes out and unloads new wood chips from van trailers or cleans mud pits, reports any discrepancies in truck wash equipment or personal protective equipment to the truck wash crew leader, and maintains a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence preferred
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations preferred
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Work Environment
- Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles
- Sometimes works near moving mechanical parts
- Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
- Occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme heat
- Frequent exposure to noise levels in the work environment
