Car Wash Team Member

About the role

Our team members are directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences. They must provide the best customer service experience, no matter which station they are attending.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and assist them with their wash selection.
• Inform customers of any promotions or memberships available.
• Guide customers onto the conveyor track safely and quickly.
• Inform customers of car wash instructions and program any required equipment retracts.
• Clean and sweep the parking lot and grounds.
• Empty trash bins regularly and repair vacuum nozzles promptly.
• Follow daily/checklists to ensure all customer cars are clean.
• Learn and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people.
• Able to work on weekends.
• Able to be friendly and polite.

Qualifications

• No experience needed for $13.00/hr.
• 3+ months in service/retail roles for $14.00/hr.
• 6+ months car wash experience for $15.00/hr.

Skills

Pay

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour, with flexible pay options and potential for bonuses.

Schedule

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (full-time team members must work some weekends).

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary).

Physical Demands: Working outdoors, including summer heat and winter cold. Standing for long periods at one time. Lifting, pushing, or pulling 40 lbs or more.
