What You’ll Do
- Customer Interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
- Site Maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
- Workflow Optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
- Operational Support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
Requirements
- Age: At least 16 years of age.
- Educational Level: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.
- Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must work at least one day on the weekend.
- Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
- Physical Requirements: Lifting ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.; standing, walking, and moving around vehicles for extended periods; tolerance to exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
