Responsibilities
- Completely and accurately execute GO! Wash Car Wash Procedures for Express Exterior on every car, every time
- Participate in assigned duties such as cleaning, groundskeeping and tunnel maintenance as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer, every time
- Able to perform physical tasks requiring standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, etc.
Qualifications
- Work Ethic: Must work as a team player and uphold GO! Wash standards of professionalism and integrity
- Apply high standards of employee conduct including reliability, promptness, courtesy, appearance, and professional behavior
- Work as the best interest of the business and customer above their own
- Love working outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions including but not limited to: Heat, Cold, Rain, Snow and Wet Conditions
Skills
- Experience working with customers (Hospitality, Retail etc)
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Basic Computer and/or Point-of-Sales knowledge
- Basic Smartphone and Mobile App knowledge
- Possess a Valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend English
- Mechanical aptitude preferred but not required
