Truck Driver Trainee

About the role

Bowes Construction is seeking applicants for their Truck Driver Trainee program. This position is ideal for individuals interested in entering the Heavy Construction industry or looking to advance their career by obtaining a Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently - Assist in loading and unloading materials - Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues - Adhere to safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

- Valid Class A CDL with an approved medical card - Clean driving record - Good communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a construction-related field is preferred

Skills

- Strong attention to detail - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
