Location: Work from our café with flexible hours available. Shifts may start as early as 5:00 AM or extend until midnight, depending on café hours and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
• Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our café.
• Prepare ingredients for our food and smoothies.
• Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Café’s standards.
• Use sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations.
• Clean and organize the kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the café.
• Operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and managing the drawer.
• Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the café.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily (reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities).

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds (e.g., stocking, refilling ice, taking out trash).
• Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Ability to safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting no greater than 50 pounds.
