Trolley Driver

About the Role

As a Trolley Driver at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll be an essential part of creating unforgettable experiences by safely transporting guests around our 1,300-acre, AAA Four Diamond resort. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, two championship golf courses, a ski hill, terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort upon request.
• Provide exceptional guest service with an outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests.
• Communicate effectively and consistently with the Front Office team.
• Work well under pressure and handle tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement and pass a driving background check.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to sit and drive for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management, staff, and the public.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
