Trolley Driver
About the role
As a Trolley Driver at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll be an essential part of creating unforgettable experiences by transporting guests safely around the 1,300-acre, AAA Four Diamond resort. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests throughout the resort upon request.
- Provide exceptional guest service with an outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
- Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with the Front Office team.
- Work well under pressure and handle tasks efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a valid CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement and pass a driving background check.
- One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to sit and drive for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management, staff, personnel, and the general public.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
