Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to execute finish carpentry plans.
- Measure, cut, and install interior trim elements such as baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings.
- Use hand tools and pneumatic tools with accuracy and safety.
- Ensure precision and high-quality execution of joints, angles, and finishes.
- Identify and solve challenges during installation to maintain workmanship standards.
- Work collaboratively with framing and other trade teams to maintain project flow.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of trim carpentry or related residential interior work (preferred but teachable).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Skilled in reading blueprints and operating standard hand/power tools.
- Experience with ladders and working at heights.
- Personal hand tools (preferred).
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
