Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Perform building repairs, including but not limited to structural elements, fixtures, and finishes.
• Select, cut, and shape construction materials to meet project specifications.
• Install various types of flooring, ensuring proper leveling and secure placement.
• Proficiently use a wide range of hand tools to complete carpentry tasks.
• Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently as required for construction and repair projects.
• Apply general maintenance skills to keep facilities in good working order.
• Operate other machinery relevant to carpentry and construction.
• Perform plastering tasks to finish walls and ceilings smoothly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrate excellent tool handling skills, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building repairs and general carpentry.
• Strong knowledge of various construction materials and their applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in flooring installations.
