Carpenter

Predictive and Preventive Maintenance

• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems throughout the facilities, grounds and associated properties.
• Perform renovations, installs and assemblies of building systems and equipment.
• Generate and complete work order requests for stock, labor, repair parts and services by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory for grounds, building equipment and parts.
• Read and interpret building and mechanical blueprints, sketches and assembly/installation instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus additional specialized courses and training.
• Journeyman in crafts or trades; Carpentry preferred.
• One (1) year of experience is required.
• Journeymans License is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay Rate

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
