Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in all phases of state and federal litigation from case inception through trial and appeal
- Draft and prepare motions, including motions in limine, motions to compel, and other litigation filings
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Manage document review and e-discovery using Relativity
- Prepare trial materials, exhibits, witness files, and trial binders
- Cooky filings and case management in both state and federal courts
- Utilize trial presentation software such as OnCue or Trial Director during hearings and trial
- Assist with deposition preparation, document organization, and case strategy support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience supporting cases through trial
- Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures
- Hands-on experience with Relativity or similar e-discovery platforms
- Experience preparing and responding to discovery
- Familiarity with trial presentation software such as OnCue or Trial Director preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
