Trial Attorney

The client is seeking a trial Attorney for an exciting opportunity to be part of its Medical Malpractice team. The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience) in the areas of medical malpractice or personal injury litigation, and will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues.
