About the role
Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to helping clients navigate complex insurance claims and legal challenges. Our firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Property Damage team.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in filing and pursuing insurance claims for property damage, including water, fire, and storm-related losses.
- Advise clients on insurance policy coverage and assist in negotiating settlements with insurance companies.
- Represent clients in court and mediations related to insurance disputes and property damage claims.
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents and pleadings as required by law.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client service.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in Louisiana.
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in personal injury or insurance defense.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with Louisiana insurance laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of federal and state court procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
