About the role

Our firm handles a wide range of cases from water damage to hurricanes, hail damage, and more. We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insurance policy coverage and litigation strategies
• Represent clients in court and mediations
• Prepare and present legal arguments in support of client interests
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Louisiana
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with insurance law and property damage litigation preferred
