Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin and be part of something remarkable! We are seeking a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) in Ambulatory Urology.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for adult urology patients via telephone and MyChart.
- Determine patient care needs by using the Nursing Process as a framework for assessment and clinical decision making.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families.
- Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers.
Requirements
- Graduate of school of nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 6 months of RN experience
- CPR/BLS Certification upon hire
- Applicable clinical certification (preferred)
Qualifications
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact upon hire

Pay
Commensurate with experience.
Schedule
100% FTE, 8-hour day shift between the clinic hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. No weekends or holidays. Hybrid position with the opportunity after 6 to 8 months in the role, to work from home at times - frequency will vary and is dependent on operational need.
