Position: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Urology Location: Elmhurst, IL Role Overview: The Triage Nurse is responsible for patient care via inbound and outbound phone communication, assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical evaluation, and education. Key duties include phone triage, patient education, continuous Glucose Monitor management, insurance pre-authorization, referrals, and maintaining exam room readiness.
