RN Triage - Urology

Role: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Urology Responsibilities include: Assessing patient needs via inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong customer relationship skillsManaging immediate and ongoing patient care, including phone triage, education, and preventative interventionsPerforming duties such as glucose monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorizations, referrals, and maintaining exam rooms Qualifications and Skills: Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification (AHA)Preferred: Office RN experience and BSNAbility to handle high-stress situations, effective communication skills in English, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and reach Key Attributes: Self-starter, adaptable, and capable of managing varied physical demands Additional Information: Competitive hourly pay rate based on experienceFull-time position with benefits including medical options, tuition reimbursement, retirement plans, and moreRole requires some travel and flexible hours to meet operational needs
