or drop it. Remove boilerplate etc. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes Benefits Salary Range: $24.75-$28.00 + Stipend for after hours emergency rotation Over 5 weeks of Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay... So we have salary range and benefits. So we can have a Benefits section that includes salary range, PTO, medical/dental/vision, FSA, 403(b), tuition reimbursement, professional development, life insurance, disability, company car. Also maybe a Pay section? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine salary and benefits into Benefits section. No separate Pay section needed unless posting explicitly states pay. It does state salary range, but we can include within Benefits. Also Schedule? Not mentioned. So no Schedule section.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract:
- Position Title: Treatment Foster Care Case Manager (not used as heading)
- Location: Richmond, VA (maybe include in a short p)
- Benefits: Salary Range: $24.75-$28.00 + Stipend for after hours emergency rotation; Over 5 weeks of Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay to use at your discretion; Medical, Dental, and Vision; Flexible Spending Account (FSA); 403(b) Retirement plan with company match and contribution; Tuition Reimbursement; Professional development opportunities; Life insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability insurance; Company car provided for home visits.
- Summary: paragraph about joining Humankind Foster Care team, supportive environment, etc.
- Success In This Role Looks Like: list of duties (complete documentation, assess needs, home/field visits, attend/coordinate meetings, supervise visitations, provide transportation, make referrals, participation in trainings, audits, use placement/matching protocol, provide ongoing support/training to foster families). Also maybe mention "Career Path" as separate section? The posting includes "Career Path TFC Case Manager > ..." and also "TFC Case Manager > Quality Assurance Specialist > Quality Assurance Manager". That's career advancement info. Could be a section "Career Path". It's substantive.
- What You Bring To The Team: Requirements (list of abilities). Then "Requirements for Consideration:" with education/experience alternatives, driver's license, background checks, driving time, on-call emergencies.
- Why Join HumanKind: paragraph about organization, values, etc.
We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting ends with "PI287061470" which looks like a tracking ID; we should drop it.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.

(or "Success In This Role Looks Like" as heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those standard headings. Use "Responsibilities" for duties. Use "Requirements" for qualifications. Use "Benefits" for benefits. Use maybe "About the organization" for Why Join HumanKind? Could use "About the role" for summary? But summary is about the role and team; could be "About the role". However they said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should pick appropriate headings from that list. Let's map:
- Summary: could be "About the role".
- Success In This Role Looks Like: "Responsibilities".
- What You Bring To The Team: Requirements (maybe also Qualifications/Skills). We'll use "Requirements".
- Career Path: maybe not in list; could be omitted or put under "Requirements"? But it's substantive. Could create a separate section "Career Advancement" but not in list. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine career path into Requirements or About the role? Probably better to include as its own section "Career Path" even if not in the example list, but they said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed. But to be safe, we could incorporate career path into Requirements or About the role. However it's distinct info about advancement; maybe we can include under "Requirements" as a bullet? But it's not a requirement. Could add a section "Career Path". I'd include it.
- Why Join HumanKind: maybe "About the organization" or "About the role"? Could be "About the role" already used. Could use "About the organization". Not in examples but okay.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We need to drop minor metadata like location? Could include location in a short p under About the role.
