Treatment Foster Care Case Manager

About the role

Clarvida is seeking a Treatment Foster Care Case Manager to provide support and guidance to youth in foster care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with at-risk populations and a passion for helping young people navigate their way through challenging life circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document the needs of each foster child
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain regular contact with foster parents and other professionals involved in the child's care
• Provide crisis intervention and support services
• Coordinate with community resources to ensure comprehensive support for the foster child

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in foster care or social work
• Licensed Social Worker preferred
• Experience with trauma-informed care and mental health interventions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of state and federal laws related to foster care and child welfare
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
