Treatment Foster Care Case Manager

About the role

Clarvida is seeking a Treatment Foster Care Case Manager to provide support and guidance to youth in foster care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and a passion for helping young people navigate their challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document the needs of each foster child
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain regular contact with foster parents, social workers, and other professionals involved in the youth's care
• Provide crisis intervention and support services
• Coordinate with community resources to ensure the best possible outcomes for the youth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in case management or mental health counseling
• Licenses/certifications in Social Work or a related field preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with trauma-informed care and understanding of foster care dynamics

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
