Treatment Foster Care Case Manager

About the role

Clarvida is seeking a Treatment Foster Care Case Manager to provide support and guidance to youth in foster care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with at-risk populations and a passion for helping young people navigate their challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document the needs of each youth in foster care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain regular contact with youth, parents, and other professionals involved in the youth's care
• Provide crisis intervention and support services
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Current licensure as a Social Worker or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth
• Experience with trauma-informed care and mental health interventions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of child welfare systems and policies
• Experience with case management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
