Treatment Foster Care Case Manager

About the role

Clarvida is seeking a Treatment Foster Care Case Manager to provide support and guidance to youth in foster care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and a passion for helping young people navigate their challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document the needs of each foster child
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain regular contact with foster parents and other professionals involved in the child's care
• Coordinate with legal representatives and educational institutions to ensure continuity of care
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in foster care or social services
• Licensure as a Social Worker or equivalent certification
• Experience with trauma-informed care and adolescent development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
