About the role
Treatment Foster Care Case Managers provide support and guidance to youth in foster care, helping them navigate their treatment plans and daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document the needs of each foster child
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain regular contact with foster parents and other professionals involved in the child's care
- Coordinate services such as therapy, counseling, and medical appointments
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting
- Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

$25 - $30 per hour based on experience
