Treatment Coordinator, Ortho

About the role

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, you will lead patients to a happy and healthy smile.

Responsibilities

• Communicate financial planning and treatment options to patients based on proposed treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their entire treatment journey, from initial diagnosis to final completion.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs of services preferred.

$20 – $24 per hour

Schedule

Part-time: 3 days per week plus 1 Saturday per month
