Treatment Coordinator, Ortho

About the role

Treatment Coordinators at Gentle Dental manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and explain costs of services to patients.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Guide patients through their entire treatment journey, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing service costs preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Pay

$21 – $25 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
