About the role
Our Treatment Coordinators manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance, communicating financial planning and available options.
Responsibilities
- Successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment.
- Lead patients through the full cycle from initial appointment to treatment acceptance.
- Present Treatment Plans and go over costs of services as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
- Computer literate (QSI/Denticon experience a plus).
- Bilingual, Spanish/English.
- Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.
