Job Summary

A Treatment Coordinator's primary responsibility is the provision of case management services to a maximum of eight (8) TFC clients. TCs regularly support the TFC parents in implementation of the client's treatment plan interventions and coach the parents in best supporting a diverse population of trauma effected youth. The following responsibilities are included, but not limited to, the position of Treatment Coordinator.

  • Functions as a member of a team who actively and positively contributes to a productive and constructive work environment.
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion as a rule.

Job Requirements

Treatment coordinator qualifications: The treatment coordinator possesses one of the following: a master's degree from an accredited program in social work or another human-services field; or a bachelor's degree in social work or another related human-service field and two years' experience serving children and their families.
