Description

Treatment Center Director/Program Director at MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic. The ideal candidate will lead a team of healthcare professionals and manage daily operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage the OTP clinic to budgeted/planned results
  • Hire, train, and evaluate clinic staff
  • Manage and counsel subordinate personnel
  • Communicate with regulatory bodies and prepare necessary applications and filings
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Partner with other departments to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements
  • Maintain key performance indicators and react accordingly
  • Work closely with OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric Consultant, and Compliance Manager
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information

Development Responsibilities

  • Drive and maintain census through community relations and education activities
  • Increase and retain census by working with the clinic team
  • Prepare for increased census by preparing operations
  • Participate in political activities to support the company
  • Identify and train personnel with cultural diversity to meet future clinic needs
  • Participate in the Company’s Performance Improvement Process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards
  • Assist with marketing programs and literature development

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Understanding of clinic operations and significant field experience in substance abuse
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
  • Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
  • Strategic thinking to recommend solutions and monitor progress
  • Customer service focus and energy to contribute to the mission of overcoming the opioid epidemic
