Description
BAART Programs is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director for their Opiate Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will lead a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff, ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and meets its goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic to budgeted/planned results
- Hire, train, and evaluate clinic staff
- Communicate with and comply with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.)
- Manage cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Partner with other departments to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements
- Maintain key performance indicators and react accordingly
- Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information
Development Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain census through community relations and education activities
- Identify and implement steps to increase and retain census
- Train clinic team to prepare for increased census
- Lead efforts to identify, hire, and train culturally diverse personnel
- Participate in the Company Performance Improvement Process
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and laws
- Support marketing programs and literature development
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university
- Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse field
- Experience with HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
- Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service-focused and energetic personality
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
