Treatment Center Director/Program Director
Description
MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program. Key responsibilities include managing clinic operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic to budgeted/planned results
- Hire, train, evaluate, counsel, and terminate subordinate personnel
- Communicate with and comply with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.)
- Develop and implement cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Manage partnerships and support agreements to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements
- Maintain key performance indicators and react accordingly
- Work closely with OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, and Compliance Manager
- Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information
Development Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain census through community relations, education, and development activities
- Increase and retain census by identifying and implementing tactical steps
- Prepare clinic team for increased census
- Participate in political activities and maintain connections within relevant circles
- Identify and train personnel with cultural diversity to meet future clinic needs
- Engage in the Company Performance Improvement Process
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university
- Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse field
- Knowledge of HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
- Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
- Strategic thinking and ability to recommend solutions
- Customer service focus and energy
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
Pay
The salary range for this position is $66,415.44 - $68,490.00 annually. The salary of the candidate(s) selected will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, specialty, and training.
