Description

Baart Programs is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director for their Opiate Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will lead a team of healthcare professionals and manage clinic operations efficiently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic to budgeted/planned results
  • Interview, hire, train, evaluate, manage, counsel, and terminate subordinate personnel
  • Communicate with and comply with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Manage preparation of various federal, state & local applications, filings, licensure, permits, approvals, etc.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, operational efficiencies, etc. and implement
  • Partner with staff to drive census growth & meet regulatory requirements
  • Develop, monitor, and provide reports on key performance indicators of clinic measures and react accordingly
  • Maintain patient, employee and company confidentiality

Development Responsibilities

  • Drive and maintain census through community relations, education, and development activities
  • Implement tactical steps to increase and retain census
  • Work with clinic team to prepare for increased census
  • Participate in political activities to support the company
  • Identify, hire, and train personnel with cultural diversity to meet future clinic needs
  • Engage in the Company Performance Improvement Process
  • Familiarize with standards required by Board of Health, OSHA, etc. and apply
  • Assist with marketing programs & literature development

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
  • Bachelor's degree (in business administration or related) from an accredited college or university
  • Understanding of clinic operations, with significant time working in substance abuse field
  • Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
  • Strategic thinker to recommend alternative solutions, execute, and monitor
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the Company
  • Customer service focused, eager and energetic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,945.40 - $80,025.00 annually. The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
