Treatment Center Director/Program Director at MedMark Treatment Centers oversees the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic. Key responsibilities include managing operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, and developing strategies to grow patient census.

• Operates and manages the OTP clinic to budgeted/planned results
• Hires, trains, and evaluates clinic staff
• Communicates with regulatory bodies and prepares necessary applications
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and implements improvements
• Partners with other departments to support census growth
• Maintains confidentiality and ensures compliance with regulations
• Trains clinic personnel and develops policies and procedures
• Works with the OTP Medical Director and Psychiatric Consultant
• Participates in community relations and political activities
• Ensures operations readiness for increased patient census
• Trains and hires personnel with cultural diversity
• Supports the Company’s Performance Improvement Process
• Manages employee and patient confidentiality

Development

Develops and implements strategies to increase and retain patient census through community relations, education, and development activities. Works closely with the clinic team to prepare for increased patient volume and maintains a focus on long-term recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university
• Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse
• Experience with HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
• Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service-focused and energetic personality
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check

Pay

The salary range for this position is $66,415.44 - $68,490.00 annualized. The exact salary will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, education, specialty, and training.
