TREATMENT CENTER COORDINATOR, School of Dental Medicine, Endodontics
About the role
The Treatment Center Coordinator in the department of Endodontics is responsible for executing daily Treatment Center activities under the direction and guidance of the Treatment Center Manager and the Clinical Program Director. The Coordinator collaborates with the front desk staff, faculty, and residents to ensure the Treatment Center operates smoothly and serves as the primary point of contact for patients, residents, vendors, and university administrative staff.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily Treatment Center activities under the direction of the Treatment Center Manager and Clinical Program Director.
- Collaborate with the front desk staff, faculty, and residents to ensure the Treatment Center runs efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, residents, vendors, and university administrative staff regarding Treatment Center matters.
- Work flexibly and adapt to changes in the work environment, including handling delays and unexpected events.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience, with previous experience in a customer service environment and heavy customer/patient interaction.
- Prior experience in healthcare settings such as private practice offices, hospitals, clinics, or dental practices is preferred.
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment, including handling delays and unexpected events.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.
- Ability to identify problems, critically think through issues, and present potential solutions.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Pay
The starting salary for this position is $25.00 per hour, with the final salary determined by the University's budget and other factors.
Schedule
The Treatment Center Coordinator works full-time and regular hours, which may vary based on departmental needs.
