The Physical Therapist and Treating Outpatient Center Manager at NovaCare in Baltimore, Maryland (White Marsh/Nottingham) is responsible for leading a team of outpatient orthopedic physical therapists, providing high-quality care, and managing daily operations. The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000, up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, and indefinite student loan assistance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and mentor staff
- Ensure personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients
- Lead and develop a team of outpatient orthopedic physical therapists
- Partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License to start
- CPR Certification
Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Willingness to take on a leadership role
- Possess a specialty in sports medicine, neurology, vestibular/concussion care, oncology rehabilitation, amputee rehabilitation, or dry needling
