Treasury Specialist
Position Summary
Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing domestic wire transfers through applicable bank systems daily in accordance with all wire transfer deadlines. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing domestic settlement wires through applicable bank systems daily in accordance with all wire transfer deadlines.
- Processes warehouse collateral movement in accordance with all transfer deadlines.
- Researches and resolves inquiries and exceptions as requested.
- Provides support and addresses internal and external customer inquiries/issues related to wire transfers.
- Reconciles wire and collateral activity.
- Functions effectively within a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance and improve controls within Treasury.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position based in Irvine, CA or Plano, TX - requiring two days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferred and a minimum of three (3) + years of related work experience.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry, Banking background preferred.

Pay
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $26.44 and $36.30.
