Treasury Product Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, including project planning, tracking milestones, and handling complex product setups (e.g., Payables, Receivables, Liquidity Management).
• Configure treasury software via user interfaces and back-end systems.
• Congduct training sessions for clients on new products and provide Tier II support for implementation-related issues.
• Identify and resolve implementation risks; ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank standards.
• Partner with sales teams, product managers, and relationship managers to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Perform data mapping and testing, especially during bank mergers or system migrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of treasury services, Cash Management, ERP integration, and electronic payments.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently using project plans and timelines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with API integrations, data transmission (SFTP), and file formats (e.g., ISO 20022, NACHA).
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, or equivalent experience in banking preferred.
• Common Qualifications: Strong Business/Corporate customer-facing experience (2+ years). Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Experience in the financial services sector.
