Job Overview The Manager, Treasury oversees the organization's treasury operations, liquidity management, capital financing activities, and tax-exempt and taxable debt programs to support financial stability and strategic growth. The role is responsible for cash management, banking relationships, debt administration, investment support, and cash forecasting, while partnering with Finance and executive leadership on capital structure, liquidity, and treasury strategy. The position also ensures compliance with financial policies, debt requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Duties & Responsibilities An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform. Manages treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, cash concentration, electronic funds transfers, treasury systems administration, and cash forecasting. Supervises cash office operations and staff, including cash handling, deposits, reconciliations, and related internal controls. Develops and maintains cash forecasting and liquidity analyses to support organizational cash requirements, funding needs, and liquidity planning. Administers tax-exempt and taxable debt programs, including debt payments, covenant monitoring, continuing disclosure, arbitrage requirements, and financing-related activities. Evaluates and recommends financing alternatives for capital equipment, infrastructure, and strategic investments, including cash, leasing, and debt financing structures. Supports investment activities through coordination with the organization's outsourced investment advisor and trustee/custody bank, including investment reporting, cash flows, capital calls, and related analyses. Manages banking relationships, bank account structures, treasury service agreements, bank fee analysis, merchant services, and payment solutions. Oversees treasury-related technology and banking platforms, including treasury systems and revenue cycle banking solutions such as lockbox, remote deposit, electronic payment, and remittance services. Oversees payment card and merchant services compliance activities and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment security and related controls. Coordinates with financial advisors, bond counsel, trustees, rating agencies, banks, and executive leadership on treasury, financing, debt, and capital structure initiatives. Monitors treasury-related financial risks, including liquidity, counterparty, and interest rate risk; leads treasury audit and compliance activities; and develops treasury policies, procedures, internal controls, and process improvements. Prepares treasury analyses, reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership, committees, and governing boards, and contributes to financial planning and capital structure discussions. Minimum Qualifications Degrees Bachelor's Degree Experience Seven (7) years of progressive experience in treasury, banking, corporate finance, or healthcare finance. Equivalency Combination of additional experience and education may substitute on a 1:1 year basis. Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $140,287.01 to $210,430.52 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
