Treasury /Funds Transfer Analyst

About the Opportunity:The TREASURY /FUNDS TRANSFER ANALYST role is responsible for executing various types of funds transfers and performing high-level transaction reconciliations. This position monitors live transactions, resolves exceptions, ensures compliance with control frameworks, and contributes to operational change management. The role impacts the organization by maintaining accurate financial processing and supporting risk management objectives. Responsibilities:Execute funds transfers of varying complexity using multiple platforms.Initiate manual transactions and provide secondary approvals.Perform financial reconciliation and investigate exceptions.Monitor live transactions and address exceptions following policies.Escalate unresolved or impactful issues appropriately.Ensure compliance with control frameworks and report potential regulatory conflicts.Participate in basic change management activities and operational testing. Requirements:Associate degree or equivalent with related experience.Approximately three or more years of relevant experience.Knowledge in account reconciliations, financial accounting, treasury services, and wire transfer/ACH processing.Competencies in attention to detail, communication, managing multiple priorities, and process management.No required certifications or licenses. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base salary range: $37,500.00 – $75,000.00.Incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
