The organization supports a distributed workforce across multiple states and promotes an inclusive culture where employees contribute to operational excellence and risk management.About the OpportunityThe Treasury / Funds Transfer Analyst is responsible for executing and overseeing funds transfers and related financial transaction processes. This role ensures transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while adhering to established controls and regulatory requirements. The position contributes to the organization’s treasury operations, reconciliation processes, risk management, and overall financial stability.Responsibilities• Execute funds transfers of varying types and complexity using multiple systems and platforms under general supervision.• Initiate manual transactions, resolve routine exceptions, and provide secondary approval for transactions as authorized.• Perform high-level financial reconciliations and investigate reconciliation exceptions.• Monitor live transactions, identify and address exceptions according to established policies, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.• Ensure compliance with applicable control frameworks and identify and report potential regulatory conflicts.• Conduct research and respond to inbound calls and inquiries from internal service partners.• Participate in basic change management activities, including operational testing when requested.• Maintain accurate transaction records and follow established treasury procedures and controls.Requirements• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, typically with 3+ years of related experience.• Experience conducting research and managing inbound calls from internal service partners.• Knowledge of account reconciliations, application processing, control frameworks, financial accounting, and treasury services.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to transaction accuracy.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial operations environment.• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Strong process management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Base salary range of $37,500–$75,000.• Compensation varies based on geographic location, market data, skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors.• Eligible employees may participate in incentive programs based on company, business, and individual performance.Benefits & Perks• Medical and prescription drug coverage with Health Savings Account options.• Dental and vision insurance.• Employee and spouse/child life insurance.• Short- and long-term disability protection.• 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.• Pension and employee stock purchase plans.• Dependent care reimbursement account.• Backup child and elder care.• Adoption, surrogacy, and doula reimbursement.• Educational assistance, including select fully paid programs.• Wellness program with financial incentives.• Paid maternity and parental leave.• Paid holidays, occasional absence days, and vacation time based on career level and years of service.
