CorVel Corporation, a leading provider of health management and billing technology, is seeking a highly organized, process-driven, and energetic finance specialist to join our Treasury Finance group.

About the role

This hybrid position is responsible for the management of customer escrow replenishment invoicing and the generation of payment reporting data out of the claims system. The role manages the reconciliation of claim data to client-specific ledgers of our 800+ customers to ensure replenishment requested matches payments issued from the claims system.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assist with the management of 800+ bank accounts/customers
  • Track and manage daily transactions
  • Match claims system data to banking financials by preparing claims reporting/invoicing to send to customer contacts
  • Work closely with customers and carriers
  • Provide customer service by researching and responding to customer requests and inquiries
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production accounting environment with daily deadlines
  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Pay

CorVel uses a market-based approach to pay, with salary ranges varying by location and factors such as federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. For leveled roles, new hires may be slotted into a different level based on assessment during the interview process. The pay range for this role is $61,053–$98,334.
