Treasury Management Advisor III
About the role

As a Treasury Management Advisor III, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their treasury management needs. You will analyze client financial data, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate treasury management solutions to optimize cash flow, mitigate risk, and enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as relationship managers and product specialists, is key to developing and implementing customized treasury management strategies for clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships through Bank Partner introductions and self-sourced opportunities.
- Retain identified clients by building strong relationships and consistently reviewing client needs to strengthen the Bank’s revenue opportunities.
- Generate organic growth in both deposits and fee income through thoughtful, solutions-driven direction to achieve annual goals.
- Review, service, and maintain client portfolios, including Working Capital Analysis of client relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Manage portfolio profitability, including exception pricing and account structure to minimize non-standard adjustments.
- Complete Risk Management reviews for ACH, Credit Card, and RDC Services.
- Introduce customers to other service-related lines of business.
- Attend all Bank-sourced training and instruction sessions related to Treasury Management.
Requirements
- 5 years of Treasury Management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Certification.
Skills
- Ability to understand and work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluations of variable factors.
- Works with limited supervision and applies guidelines proficiently.
- No direct supervisory responsibilities but may guide or mentor lower-level Treasury Management Advisors.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to regularly travel within assigned market to meet with clients and internal partners.
- Ability to travel outside of market as needed.
Compliance
The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, along with all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
Pay
$94,000/year to $112,000/year.
