Responsibilities
Global Cash Operations

- Partner with banking institutions to resolve complex settlement and transaction matters.
Bank Account Management
- Support the full lifecycle of the company's bank accounts — from opening and maintenance through closure — to ensure operational efficiency, security, and regulatory compliance across all banking relationships.
- Handle bank communications, KYC, collection of signatures and approvals, and close coordination with the Trade, Legal, and Tax functions.
- Prepare quarterly reports on bank accounts and user access for controller review to ensure appropriate internal controls.
Treasury Systems Management
- Administer the TMS (FIS Integrity), global banking platforms and the internal payment approval system, including user setup, entitlement management, and resolution of system inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve TMS issues — such as payment failures, authentication errors, and statement transmission failures — in coordination with TMS vendors, internal IT, and bank technical teams.
Financial Analysis and Projects
- Support the quarter-end cash forecast using the Direct Method, consolidating forecast data from various groups and sources.
- Conduct bank fee analysis to identify discrepancies and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Contribute to ad hoc initiatives, including the expansion of TMS capabilities, automation of existing workflows, and ERP/TMS migration.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a detail-oriented self-starter who consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with enterprise systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with automation and AI tools where appropriate.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently and to communicate workload conflicts to management in a timely manner.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, journal entries, and reconciliations) and an understanding of how cash and treasury transactions flow to the general ledger.
- Experience with, or exposure to, banking and financial markets is preferred.
