About the role
The Treasury Analyst is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional who plays a key role on the Treasury team. This position is responsible for managing customer escrow replenishment invoicing and generating payment reporting data from the claims system. The Treasury Analyst reconciles claims data against client-specific ledgers for more than 800 customers, ensuring that replenishment requests accurately align with payments issued through the claims system.
Responsibilities
- Review and assist in the management of over 800 customer bank accounts
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with established financial controls and procedures
- Monitor, track, and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Prepare claims reporting and customer invoicing by matching claims system data to banking and financial records
- Reconcile claims activity to client-specific ledgers to ensure replenishment requests accurately reflect payments issued
- Collaborate closely with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support treasury operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by researching, analyzing, and responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume accounting or treasury environment with daily deadlines
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and business partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Prior experience in treasury, accounting, banking, accounts receivable, financial operations, or a related field is preferred
