Treasury & Credit Intern

About the role

The Treasury & Credit Intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting the Treasury and Credit department.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily cash reconciliations across multiple company accounts
• Reporting daily cash positions and assisting with cash forecasting
• Applying customer receipts in Oracle
• Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and onboarding for new counterparties
• Supporting credit reviews and analysis for new and existing customers
• Directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations
• Ensure cash flow and receivables are properly tracked and reconciled
• Support risk management through credit reviews
• Contribute to strategic decision‑making through forecasting and reporting
• Gain exposure to complex organizational structures and Oracle financial systems
• Acquire real‑world experience in problem‑solving, financial analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

Education:

• College student studying accounting or finance entering Junior or Senior year at an accredited college or university
• Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis

Experience:

• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Previous internship experience
• Coursework or work experience in accounting, financial systems, or credit analysis
• Ability to collaborate with teams in Treasury, Credit, Billing, and Accounting to research and resolve discrepancies
• Ability to meet daily deadlines and work independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Out‑of‑the‑box thinking, problem solving, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
