Responsibilities

• Act as the Bank’s personal representative, providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service to build strong customer relationships.
• Promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services while adhering to Quality of Service standards for both external and internal customers.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify cross-selling opportunities and make qualified referrals to branch personnel and business partners to meet goals.
• Use the customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
• Answer questions from prospects or customers, maintain good customer relations, and direct customers to the appropriate resources.
• Work at multiple branch locations within a district, with potential travel to nearby districts as needed.
• Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of North Shore Bank by performing other duties as assigned by your manager.

Pay

Starting at $19+ per hour, based on experience.
