Responsibilities
- Act as the Bank’s personal representative, providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service to build strong customer relationships.
- Promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services.
- Consistently meet North Shore Bank Quality of Service standards for both external and internal customers to foster customer loyalty and referrals.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify cross-selling opportunities and make qualified referrals to branch personnel and business partners to meet goals.
- Use the customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
- Some Tellers may be assigned as Area Tellers, supporting multiple branch locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager to ensure the success of North Shore Bank.
Pay
Starting at $18+ per hour, depending on experience.
