About the role
Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services. Acts as the Bank's personal representative with its customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service; builds strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers; staff in these roles support multiple branch locations.
Responsibilities
- Consistently performs North Shore Bank Quality of Service standards with both external and internal customers to promote customer willingness to keep, expand, and refer banking relationships.
- Engages customers in meaningful conversations and asks questions to identify cross-selling opportunities; makes qualified referrals to branch personnel and business partners to meet goals.
- Uses customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
- Receives and answers questions from prospects and customers.
- Performs other duties as specified by your manager to ensure the success of North Shore Bank.
Pay
Starting at $18+ per hour, based on experience.
