Responsibilities
- Act as the Bank’s personal representative, providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service to build strong customer relationships.
- Promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services actively.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify cross-selling opportunities and make qualified referrals to branch personnel and business partners to meet goals.
- Use the customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
- Perform North Shore Bank Quality of Service standards consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Some Tellers may be assigned as Area Tellers, supporting multiple branch locations.
- Contribute to the overall success of North Shore Bank by performing additional duties as specified by your manager.
Pay
Starting at $18+ per hour, dependent on experience.
